Our Classes

Beginners Basic Flow

This class is for the student who is new to yoga or is unsure if she/he can do the poses. The teacher will slowly go through each flow to explain the poses and format for Tim Yoga classes. The first 3 classes are free if you are a new student.

Slowburn

This class emphasizes slow, deliberate movements and long holding of each pose. More advanced students can wear a blindfold during this class.

This face paced vinyasa class will heat up your body
