About Us
Tim Prince designed Timyoga to ensure that anyone can practice yoga. Breath and movement are important components in Timyoga classes. Tim believes in moving the body in all 6 directions during a class. These yoga classes will involve movement, balance, and strength. Students should expect to use muscles and sweat. Timyoga is based on Tim’s mentors: Tommy Mack, Kara Baruzzini and Joy Montgomery.
